Aim High Running Camp is located on the grounds of Casowasco Camp, Conference & Retreat Center in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. An ideal setting, Casowasco includes one mile of shoreline on beautiful Owasco Lake and access to great places to run! It is only a 60 minute drive from Syracuse.
 Casowasco has a beautiful new dining hall that serves three daily meals. The food is great! Campers sleep in cabins that have electricity and a nearby bathhouse OR more modern sleeping quarters with their own bathrooms. Casowasco is licensed by the Cayuga County, New York State Department of Health and is an American Camping Association approved site. The camp health director is available 24-hours-a-day and supervises the distribution of all medications (over-the-counter and prescription) to ensure that they are available as needed. In the rare event that additional treatment is required, a local physician and emergency room facilities are easily accessible.
